Key Thoughts and Ideas from Anil Aggarwal

Where is the prepaid industry headed in the future?
Prepaid is headed toward being a part of mainstream payments. And that's a really big deal. With all of the different types of innovations in payments that are out there, not many make it to mainstream payments. I think that within the next 10 years, that's where I think we'll see prepaid. In the last 10 years, prepaid moved from being a question mark to being a star to being a cash cow.

What are the most important considerations to take into account when deciding on a prepaid processor?
There are a lot of considerations to take into account when deciding on a prepaid processor. I think the most important question for an issuer or a program manager to ask is: "Which processing technology allows me to provide my customers with the most compelling end user proposition?" As a provider of technology, we have to get the answer to that question right as many times as we can.
